What we collect

When you ask for a consultation you give us your name, a phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. If you go on to become a client, we collect the information needed to review your credit reports and to work on the items you and we identify.

Why we hold it

To reach you back, to schedule and deliver the consultation, and to provide the services you ask for. Nothing else.

We do not sell it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it for advertising.

Who else can see it

We run the practice on third-party scheduling, messaging and customer-management software. Those providers process your information on our behalf in order to deliver the service, and for no purpose of their own.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 813-422-4539 and say so. We will not make you sign anything to ask.
